ABOUT MY ART

My name is Robin Wickham. I am a self-taught artist working primarily in acrylics and pencil. Based in Richards Bay, South Africa, my work is inspired by nature, with a particular focus on seascapes, landscapes, and wildlife.

Through my art, I enjoy depicting God’s creation on canvas and sharing that sense of wonder with others. I also hope to inspire people to explore the arts for themselves. One does not need to be a master artist to create—what matters most is the enjoyment of the process. There is no right or wrong in art; each painting is a personal expression,

ORDERS

Orders may be placed by contacting me directly at robinwickham@readflux.co.za, clearly indicating the painting you wish to purchase. I will respond with a quotation for postage and packaging. Once the shipping cost has been provided, you may choose to proceed with or decline the order.

If you elect to proceed, the artwork will be dispatched via courier through PostNet to your nearest PostNet branch once payment has cleared. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

Should you experience any difficulties or have any enquiries, please feel free to contact me during normal business hours (South African time).

Sales Agreement & Returns Policy

1. Sale of Goods

By placing an order through this website, the purchaser (“the Customer”) agrees to purchase the goods (“the Product”) from the seller (“the Seller”) at the price displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment

Full payment must be received before any Product is dispatched. Ownership of the Product transfers to the Customer only once payment has been received in full.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. The Seller will not be held liable for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.

4. Returns & Refunds

The Customer may request a return within 7 days of receiving the Product, provided the Product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.

  • Refunds apply to the purchase price of the Product only.

  • Postage and packaging costs are strictly excluded from refunds.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the Product is faulty or incorrect.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If a Product is received damaged or faulty, the Customer must notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence where possible. In such cases, the Seller will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

6. Custom or Commissioned Work

Custom-made or commissioned Products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of the Product.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
